For Pricing and Payment: Prices listed are subject to change without notice. List prices include UPS Ground shipping to U.S. addresses with a minimum $100.00 order. Items purchased at non-list prices will be shipped by carrier and method agreed upon at time of order placement, pre-paid and billed to the buyer. Our price quotations are in U.S. dollars, valid for 90 days, F.O.B. Keene, New Hampshire, and do not include Federal, State or local taxes. VISA and MasterCard payment are accepted only at time of order placement. Terms of payment are net 30 days from invoice for established customers. Warranty and Returns: Cheshire Optical warrants its products to meet published specifications, and to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. Written authorization is required on returned products. Authorization to return a warranted product can be obtained from our sales office for a period of one year from time of receipt. Returned products will be evaluated for defects and non-conformance and, if verified, will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible. Cheshire Optical liabilities are limited to the invoice value of the product. Cheshire Optical accepts no liability for any consequential or incidental damage arising from the sale or use of its products.
